Pre-ordering allows you to secure our unique, custom mirrors that aren't regularly restocked. This approach enables us to continuously release new and exciting pieces for our community. As a small business operating from my basement, maintaining inventory for every design isn't possible just yet, but I do plan on pre making mirrors for upcoming drops this year! But for now... pre-orders make it easier to constantly show off new designs

What Does the Red Alert on Product Pages Mean?

When you see a bold red "ATTENTION" on a product page, it indicates that the item is available for pre-order. This alert is designed to ensure you're aware of the pre-order status before making a purchase. 

How Long Until My Mirror Ships?

Our mirrors are intricate pieces of art, and creating them requires time and dedication. Here's our typical timeline:

  • Weeks 1-2: Pre-order window is open. Due to high demand, we may close orders early to ensure timely production.
  • Week 3: Sourcing materials and crafting each mirror begins. Some designs may be completed sooner than others.
  • Weeks 4-5: Final touches, quality checks, packaging, and shipping.

Shipping Details:

  • U.S. Orders: Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. I use either UPS, or USPS
  • International Orders: Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Why the Wait?

Each mirror is meticulously crafted one by one, to ensure it meets our high standards. This process takes time, but we believe the result—a unique, quality piece of art—is well worth the wait.

Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?

Yes, if the wait doesn't suit your needs, you can cancel your order any time (for a full refund) as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Just reply to your order confirmation email, contact our support team, or send us a direct message on Instagram or TikTok, and we'll process your refund promptly.
